李志娟，黑龙江大学计算机科学技术学院讲师，硕士生导师。哈尔滨工程大学计算机科学与技术专业博士。主要研究方向为车联可靠通信、车联网安全、边缘计算等。在TVT、Wireless Networks、Ad Hoc Networks等国内外著名期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文多篇，其中SCI检索7篇。授权国家发明专利6项。主持中央高校基本科研项目1项。参与完成国家自然科学基金1项，预研重点子课题2项。
